How do I reset my password?

If you have forgotten your password, change it here or follow the 'Forgotten Password' instructions on the 'Sign in' page. For security reasons we are unable to send your password via email.


Do I need to create an account to place an order?

You don't need an account to make a purchase. However, creating an account allows you to:

  • Build a wishlist to save your preferences or share with others
  • Be notified when new stock arrives 
  • Receive updates on our products and brand life
  • Save your payment details and address book for future orders 
  • Manage your account details, order history and email preferences
  • Check your order status

How can I check the status of my confirmed order?

You can check the status of your confirmed order at any time. If you are a registered user you can log into your account and check the status of your current and previous orders. 

Once an order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that will contain a link to our carrier's website, where you can easliy track your order.

When will my order ship?

Orders are processed pending item availability and credit card verification. Any issue with an order will be notified by email as soon as possible, usually within 24h.

Orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed within 24h of your order confirmation on the website.

Orders placed over the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday. Belber does not process orders during weekends and publci holidays.

We ship via courier, international or local, choosing the fastest and most efficient carrier for each geograhpical region. We strive to find the most efficient delivery methods to ensure your order does not spend too long traveling.

How does Belber ship internationally?

Belber ships worldwide, using the best and most efficient courier companies in each territory. The goal is to deliver your order in great condition and wiithin an average time of 1 week. Most orders will take 3-5 business days to reach you but please take into account that sometimes unexpected delays in transportation as well as Customs clearance processes are beyond Belber's control and can affect the lead time by a day or two. 

Goods are shipped from our distribution centre in Hong Kong. Please read the Shipping & Return section under Customer Care to make sure you understand the tax and duties that your order might be subject to, depending on the territory.

At the moment, we are unable to ship to the Russian Federation.

What payment methods are offered by Belber?

Currently, you can pay with Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Union Pay via guest checkout through Paypal or using your own Paypal account (recommended as much as possible). Customers holding a China UnionPay credit card may encounter restrictions depending on the territory from which they are connecting to Paypal, though we understand these cases are rare.

During checkout, regardless of whether you choose credit card payment or Paypal account, you will be redirected to the secure Paypal portal, where you will have to follow certain verification steps.

What additional costs may be due upon delivery?

Within the United States, there are no additional costs, only shipping is charged by Belber.

However, for international orders -shipped from our distribution centre in Hong Kong-, you should take into account the import tax and duties in your country. Duties (or customs tariffs) are set by the destination country customs authorities and determined based on a combination of the country of origin (manufacturing) of the goods being purchased and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system adopted and used by the countries that we deliver to. International taxes (such as Value Added Tax - VAT) are set by the destination country. These are billed upon delivery but the courier companies we work with make it easy for you to settle the payment without further delay to your shipment. Please note that regulations depend on the regulations of each country.

How do I return a product?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact We will provide you with further instructions on where returns should be shipped and the amount you will be refunded. A Return Code will be provided to you by email and you should clearly write this code on the return form that is included with your purchase. You can find the whole process details here.

How do I cancel my order?

Orders are processed as soon as possible, usually within 24 hours on a regular business day. If you wish to cancel and order that has already been confirmed, please send an email to and we will help you make the necessary changes.
